PRIVACY POLICY

We hereby inform you that the Italian Legislative Decree No. 196 dated 30 June 2003 (Privacy Code) establishes the protection of the personal data of people and other subjects.

According to this law, personal data must be processed based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, and transparency while protecting your confidentiality and rights.

Pursuant to art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, we hereby provide you with the following information:

1. Purpose of personal data processing

We will ask you to provide us with your personal data for the following purposes:

1. registration of the data required for handling and processing your online purchase order;

2. sending commercial communications, market research, statistical analysis, prize competitions, customer satisfaction surveys. To this end, your data may be used for marketing activities aimed at contacting customers and building customer loyalty based on specific purchasing preferences, even through direct marketing media, such as promotional posters, emails, SMSs, and MMSs.

2. Data provision

The provision of personal data for the purposes listed in section 1 is mandatory. Failure to provide them will make it impossible for RAM INDUSTRIE srl to process your purchase order.

The provision of data for the purposes listed in section 2 is optional and does not affect the conclusion of the purchase transaction.

Personal data will be processed with manual and automated systems used to store, handle, and transmit them with a logic strictly related to the purposes, based on the data we have. The Customer must notify promptly any correction, addition, and/or update.

Your personal data will be processed with a logic strictly related to the purposes above and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee their security and confidentiality.

3. Disclosure and dissemination of personal data

RAM INDUSTRIE srl may disclose the data strictly required for both purposes to:

- all subject who are authorised to access such data by regulatory measures;

- our collaborators, employees, and suppliers, within their duties, and/or contractual obligations regarding commercial relations with the interested parties;

- other national or international companies of the RAM INDUSTRIE srl group;

- post offices, forwarders, and couriers for sending documentation and/or material;

- all legal and/or natural persons, private and/or public bodies (legal, administrative, and tax consulting firms, Chambers of Commerce, Labour Offices, etc.), when disclosure is required for or functional to our activity. In any event, personal data will be disclosed with the methods and for the purposes described above;

- banks for managing collections and payments resulting from the execution of contracts.

4. Identity of the personal data holder and controller

The personal data holder is RAM INDUSTRIE S.R.L. with registered office in Lainate (MI) via G. Verga 6/8, in the person of its legal representative.

5. Rights provided by art. 7 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003

Art. 7 Right to access personal data and other rights

1. The party concerned is entitled to receive confirmation as to the existence or non-existence of his/her personal data, even if they have not yet been recorded, and to their communication in intelligible form.

2. The party concerned is entitled to obtain information on the:

a) origin of personal data;

b) purposes and processing methods;

c) logic applied in the event that the data are processed with electronic instruments;

d) identity of the holder, managers and the appointed representative pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 2;

e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be disclosed or who may learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers, or agents.

3. The party concerned is entitled to obtain:

a) the updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;

b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed;

c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also as regards their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves the use of resources manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

4. The party concerned is entitled to object, in whole or in part:

a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data, although pertinent to the purpose of collection;

b) the processing of personal data for sending advertising or direct sales materials or for carrying out market research or communication.
